In the event that we are approached by any third party wishing to make use of your vehicle your contractual relationship will be with that third party on terms agreed with that third party by you or by us on your behalf with your prior consent.

In agreeing to these terms and conditions, you accept that we are an advertising medium and cannot guarantee a particular level of response to listings. Response rates may vary time to time and certain vehicles or listings may attract higher levels of response than others.

We in no way warrant or guarantee that any listed vehicle will be offered work by any third party whatsoever.

We do not have and never intend to have any contractual involvement in any transaction between you and a third party and at no stage do we auction, buy, sell or make available for hire or purport to auction, buy, sell or make available for hire any of the vehicles listed on our site.

Any disputes between you and a third party are just that - we will not become involved. You must therefore take the utmost care to screen the parties with whom you deal. We will not screen the parties or goods on your behalf and this is a feature of the relationship between you and us that you willingly accept.

6. Information submitted by You

6.1. By registering your vehicle with us you grant us a non-exclusive, world-wide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use any information you provide to us or other users of our website for example, during the registration or listing process.

6.2. Any information you provide us shall be legal, decent, honest and truthful, shall not infringe and third party’s rights, shall not contain any viruses or other malicious computer programming routines and shall not link to any other websites.

6.3. Without limiting the above, all information you provide shall be accurate and complete and all registration details shall contain the correct details as requested.

6.4. In relation to any vehicle offered by you for listing on our website:
6.4.1. you must be the absolute unencumbered legal owner with the right to offer the said vehicle for use; and
6.4.2. your use of the said vehicle must not infringe any third party rights or be unlawful in any way.
6.5. We reserve the right to remove any information supplied by you from the website at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason without being required to give any explanation.
